Join
us in Anguilla, one of the fastest growing incentive
and meeting destinations in the Caribbean, for a
special three night/four day site inspection program
hosted by the Anguilla Tourist Board. This exclusive
invitation is for qualified incentive/meeting planners
who want to experience all the island has to offer.
Qualification is required. In order to qualify
for the site inspection program, you must be involved
in the planning, budgeting, or approval of incentive/meeting
travel for you organization or client. Your organizational
bylaws or policies must permit the holding of incentive/meeting
programs outside the continental United States,
and the above site should be under consideration
as an incentive or meeting venue within the next
three years (a submitted RFP will be required before
trip departure). You must also be able to prove
that you have and can plan incentive programs with
a minimum budget of $3000 per person for hotel
and meals only. Program expenses, including hotel
rooms, airfare (with flights only from east coast
based air hubs), meals and hosted entertainment
functions will be borne by the program sponsors.
Participants will be responsible for taxes, incidental
expenses, and select beverages. This program will
be limited to a maximum number of participants.
Program is subject to change or cancellation and
is on a first come, first serve bases.
