Located adjacent on the property of Altamer Villa Resort, Altamer Conference Center is a unique executive retreat with villa and restaurant capabilities. The meeting space is configured to accommodate 20 guests at table and 30 in total. The room can be modified to theatre style configuration, which increases the capacity to 70–80 people depending on the setup, and private breakout rooms are available. Superior service and cuisine can be provided throughout the day. Additionally, Altamer Restaurant can be booked for private meals. A full menu of audiovisual equipment is available. Videoconference can be arranged upon request.

To accompany its many rooms and villas, which can accommodate small groups, its main conference room provides space for up to 50 guests. Four restaurants make it easy to celebrate your success, and audiovisual equipment can be arranged.
CuisinArt Conference Space can accommodate groups ranging from 20–120 guests. Its private dining rooms and outdoor meeting space can be accommodated to meet your every need. Cuisine can be tailored to suit your tastes, and professional service is always the focus. Audiovisual equipment is available.
Just a few feet from the main house and located above Le Bistro restaurant is Malliouhana’s conference facilities. Whether you need a large conference room or a private space for your business pursuits, Malliouhana is a must. Each of its rooms is fully air-conditioned and leads to an open-air balcony overlooking Meads Bay, making it the ideal setting for leisurely lunches or light refreshments. Audiovisual equipment and internet are available. Configurations can accommodate up to 70 guests.
At Paradise Cove you’ll find 1200 square feet of meeting and conference space that provides a private setting for corporate retreats, brainstorming, weddings or just planning. The resort can accommodate gatherings in a number of configurations with a theatre style seating arrangement for up to 100 persons. A complete range of audiovisual equipment is available including VCR with large screen TV, overhead and slide projectors with screen, public address system and more.
Sheriva, in the West End, firmly believes that business should be pleasurable. In addition to its luxury suites and villas, it also offers accommodations and amenities to meet your business needs. Sheriva’s Conference Suite sits atop its reception center and is the perfect venue for groups of 20 coworkers or clients. Should you have a larger audience to entertain, it offers additional configurations that can accommodate up to 40 guests. Wireless internet, private phone and fax lines, and a range of audiovisual and business services are included. Daily and hourly rates are available.

If you are considering Anguilla for your next retreat or rewards incentive, we invite you to experience all the island has to offer through a special three night/four day site inspection program hosted by the Anguilla Tourist Board. This exclusive invitation is for qualified incentive/meeting planners only.
Qualification is required. In order to qualify for the site inspection program, you must be involved in the planning, budgeting, or approval of incentive/meeting travel for you organization or client. Your organizational bylaws or policies must permit the holding of incentive/meeting programs outside the continental United States, and the above site should be under serious consideration as an incentive or meeting venue within the next three years (a submitted RFP will be required before trip departure). You must have verifiable proof that you have booked a group incentive/meeting within the Caribbean within the last 4 years. You also must be able to prove per person budget for hotel and meals for upcoming program. Program expenses, including hotel rooms, meals and hosted entertainment functions will be borne by the program sponsors. Flights will be reimbursed up to a maximum of $500 (Flights must be booked 2 weeks in advance of trip). Attendees will receive a reimbursement check for flight expenses during the first day of the site inspection program. Participants will be responsible for taxes, incidental expenses, and select beverages. This program will be limited to a maximum number of participants. Program is subject to change or cancellation and is on a first come, first serve basis.
