Anguilla is sixteen miles long and three miles wide at its widest point. There is one major road; which runs from the East End to the West End and smaller roads branch off. It is nearly impossible to get lost on the island, but if you do Anguillians are both helpful and friendly.

Driving is on the left and the speed limit is 30 mph.   You need a temporary Anguilla Driver’s license that is issued to drivers with a valid foreign or international driver’s license. Temporary licenses are available at rental car companies and at the Traffic Department in the Valley. The cost of the license is $20 US.
