SPEND THE DAY AT SCILLY CAY
In just thirty-five square miles, the island of Anguilla has nearly seventy unique dining experiences to choose from, one of the most popular being Scilly Cay.

On a little sand island at the mouth of the quaint Anguilla fishing port called Island Harbour, Eudoxie and Sandra Wallace host their guests at Gorgeous Scilly Cay restaurant and hang out. The experience is the crme de la crme of beach bar dining.

Accessible by boat, some patrons of Scilly Cay charter the trip, but a free launch boat runs back and forth from the Island Harbour pier. Visitors wave towards the island from the dock and the launch comes to escort them over.

Scilly Cay restaurant is made of open-aired tiki huts with one main area and several smaller canopied areas. Pink conch shell walls edge the island and colorful pope cacti bloom in the restaurant's garden. Families, couples and singles alike come to soak up the rays, enjoy the beach, snorkel, hang out and feast on some of the Caribbean's best food.

The menu at Scilly Cay consists of three basic items, lobster, Anguillian crayfish and chicken, all barbecued with the Wallace's secret marinade. Prices begin at $25 for the chicken, $45 for the lobster and $35 for the crayfish or a crayfish chicken combination. A full bar, potent rum punch and friendly service create a personable dining experience that is a favorite among locals and visitors.

Open 11:00AM to 5:00PM, Tuesday through Sunday, with music on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, Scilly Cay is one of the most frequently recommended Anguilla experiences.
