Located at the highest point on our island, Brookland offers a fabulous view over the pearl white sands of Crocus Bay. Each spacious apartment is situated on its own floor and benefits from an all around balcony. All apartments are three bedrooms, two double and one twin, as well as a separate living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

Discerning travelers who enjoy great value continue to return to the relaxing comfort of 12 spacious, air-conditioned suites. Rattan and mahogany furniture accent the breezy Caribbean style throughout the three studios, three one-bedroom, four two-bedroom and two three-bedroom suites that are centrally located on a lush hillside overlooking Sandy Ground. Kerwin Kottages is located just minutes away from the two-mile serene white powder sand and the turquoise crystal clear waters of Rendezvous Bay Beach. Kerwin Kottages offers four fully furnished self catering apartments each with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and our neighboring island of St. Martin. Each is equipped with complete kitchen facilities and large verandas.

 Little Butterfly is a one bedroom, luxury apartment located on the mezzanine level of Papillion Villa  in Anguilla. Perfect for the solo traveler or a couple, Little Butterfly provides a contemporary and affordable getaway vacation in the heart of Anguilla.  The south facing, self-contained vacation suite, offers complete privacy and every imaginable convenience including a full sized modern kitchen, spacious king bedroom with en suite bathroom and Jacuzzi tub,  open-plan living and dining areas and  a large outdoor deck that looks out onto the brilliant turquoise waters on the Caribbean Sea and the majestic mountains of neighboring St. Martin.

Masara is located on Katouche Bay, and has none of the hassles of big crowded resort hotels as found elsewhere on Anguilla or on other islands. Masara has only 9 villas, all furnished for intimate seaside living. Pending your needs, each villa has the flexibility of utilizing one or two bedrooms / baths. Master bedrooms have double sized beds; the second bedrooms have twin beds. Kitchens are fully equipped for those who wish a self-catering Caribbean vacation, and the dining and living area is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Each villa has its own private covered patio.
